Empathetic, accessible marketing and brand support for autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent-led businesses.
Odd Flock Studio is a one‑to‑one branding, marketing, and content studio intended to provide help for people who feel overwhelmed or misunderstood by typical marketing advice and want a plan that fits their vision, energy, and workflow.
If your brain or communication style has never matched “ideal client” templates, most marketing advice is either useless or exhausting. You don’t need to become someone else or fit a mold to learn how to promote your business.
Who is Odd Flock for?
If calls drain you, if your best thoughts come out as long emails or voice notes, or if you need time to process before answering, that is welcome here. You do not have to pretend your brain or body work differently to fit in. At Odd Flock, the work and the way I collaborate are shaped around what actually works for you, while the marketing and branding tasks you have been avoiding are handled with structure and care.
What Odd Flock can help with…
Brand & positioning
Let’s shape the base of your brand: what you stand for, who you serve, what you offer, and how you want people to feel when they interact with your business. I can help build brand guide to use as a north star for your website copy, content topics, and future design choices. I can also help you communicate your vision with a designer so your visuals and words tell the same story.
Website & core messaging
If your website feels confusing or half finished, I help with both structure and wording. That can include simple wireframes for key pages, suggested sections, and writing or refining your webpages so visitors understand who you are, what you offer, and how to take the next step.
Content planning & creation
Have a lot of ideas but no plan? Or a plan but no capacity to do everything yourself? I help prioritize and create. Depending on what you need, I can strategically outline or write blog posts, emails, case studies, eBooks, video scripts, social posts, + more. I can also build an editorial calendar that matches your time and energy.
Marketing workflows and systems
If you want a more consistent marketing rhythm, I help you design a system that is simple enough to use. That can include mapping how ideas move to drafts and then to published, choosing or refining tools/platforms, and putting together a calendar and checklists that match your workflow and capacity.
Marketing reviews & refinements
If you already have a site, content, or a basic plan but are not sure why it is not working, I can take a look and give you targeted feedback. You get a short set of observations and suggestions focused on what to adjust so your marketing better supports your goals.
1:1 mentoring and career support for neurodivergent folks
For autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent people who want to work in marketing or content, I offer mentoring and resume support. I focus on translating your skills for hiring managers, understanding how marketing roles actually work, and planning next steps in a way that respects your nervous system.
About Odd Flock
Odd Flock is my one person creative marketing studio. My name is Lucia, and I am a neurodivergent marketing and content strategist and copywriter based in Central Texas. The name “Odd Flock” comes from wanting a space for people who have never quite felt like part of the standard flock at work or in business, but still want to belong somewhere and be taken seriously. I partner with neurodivergent people, people with disabilities, women, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone who has ever felt misunderstood in business to strengthen your brand, plan your marketing, and create content that fits the way you work.
